وهو امتداد مستقبلي لمخطط الصفوة 1 والصفوة 2 على مساحة قدرها 689،919 م2، وسيتم العمل على تزويد المخطط بالبنية التحتية والخدمات المطلوبة لتلبية احتياجات قاطني الحي.

It is a future extension of Al-Safwa 1 and Al-Safwa 2 plans on an area of 689,919 square meters, and work will be done to provide the plan with the infrastructure and services required to meet the needs of the neighborhood's residents.
