يقع المشروع في جنوب مدينة الرياض، ويهدف إلى إنشاء مخطط سكني متكامل بمساحة إجمالية تقدر بـ (94,000م2) ويشتمل على جميع الخدمات التأهيلية من كهرباء ومياه وإنارة وسفلتة.
